How VASER works
VASER stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance. Ultrasonic probes emulsify fat so that it can be aspirated through specially designed cannulas. This process selectively destroys fat cells while sparing connective tissue, which translates into less bruising and a shorter downtime compared with traditional surgical liposuction.
